Kopi Luwak – World’s Most Expensive Coffee ; Many people are addicted to coffee, but Indonesia has this coffee which is very unique, and the supply is very much limited. It is called Kopi Luwak and is sold at the price of $50 per cup.

Yes, it’s that expensive, now how do they do it? Kopi in Indonesia means coffee, and Luwak is a creature that is a cat and a ferret. They were the ones who gets the best berries coming from the coffee tree, and eats them, digests it, and then it’s stool is what the farmers are getting to make this coffee. They said that these coffee has it’s unique taste.

This is only limited due to its unique process. It is said that once they are been served, it’s so simple to look at, they are just served with hot water, and the golden cup, and a vacuum packed of Kopi Luwak, then stirred, wait for 2 minutes till you sip it, it looks so simple, but once you are going to taste it, it is said to have the best taste ever.

It tastes like chocolate with caramel in it, and doesn’t really have this acidic content that usually a coffee has. For years, many foreign people would like to have this but it’s not really popular in Indonesia. Many people were not really a fan of it, because of how it is gotten, but this one is being processed and it is now a halal food. Since the process of making this one is been told, there are many customers who would want to have a cup of Kopi Luwak.

This particular coffee got a boost in sales from being featured in the Hollywood movie “The Bucket List”.
