vantiv inc shares prices outlook ; According to the latest amended prospectus submitted by Vantiv, the company intends to offer 29,412,000 shares of its Class A common stock at the estimated IPO price of between $16 and $18 per share. The company expects to trade its Class A ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “VNTV“.

Calculated by the assumed public offering price of $17 per share, which is the midpoint of the Vantiv IPO price range, the net proceeds collected from this public offering are expected to be approximately $460.8 million. Vantiv plans to use the proceeds to repay existing senior secured credit facilities. In addition, the company does not have the plan to pay cash dividends on their Class A common stock in the foreseeable future.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are playing the roles of the Vantiv IPO’s joint book-running managers and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are serving as Vantiv IPO’s lead underwriters. Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank, Jefferies, Raymond James, William Blair & Company, Wells Fargo Securities also participate in the Vantiv IPO.

Vantiv is focusing on providing merchants and financial institutions of all sizes with a suite of comprehensive services and raked as the U.S. third largest merchant acquirer and the largest PIN debit acquirer by transaction volume.
