Nifty futures outlook support march 2012

Nifty futures outlook support march 2012 : On Tuesday, Nifty March future opened with a positive gap at 5357.30 levels and showed some strength and made high at 5459 levels. Nifty March future closed in the black at 5445 levels and increase in open interest (OI).

As per call data, maximum OI has been seen on 5600 and 5500 calls. On the put side, it has been seen in 5200 and 5300 puts. Long build-up was seen in the 5400/5500 and 5600 calls. Nifty future also has support at 5325 levels and then in the 5250-5175 zone. It has some resistance in the 5475-5500 zone.

Realty, banking, capital goods and metal sectors were major outperformers. Reliance Infra, JP Associate and RPower were major outperformers. Cairn, TCS and BPCL were major underperformers.
