Ford car sales february 2012 ; Ford (NYSE: F) saw its sales grow by 14 percent in February, with total sales of 179,119 vehicles. Ford-branded vehicles accounted for 172,207 units, while Lincoln had a 16-percent increase, to 6,912 vehicles.
