Wells Fargo Mortgage Interest Rate february 6 2012 : The U.S. jobs report (also released on Friday) gave the market a welcome upside surprise. The U.S. economy added 243,000 new jobs last month, bringing its unemployment rate down to 8.3%, which is the lowest it’s been in three years. The gains were broadly based and as an added bonus, the report added another 60,000 jobs to previous estimates from the prior two months.

15-year fixed loans increased at Wells Fargo under their home purchase program. 30 and 15-year fixed loans increased under their refinance program. 7-year ARMs increased at Chase under their home purchase program. 15 and 30-year home loans also increased under their refinance program.

At Bank of America, 30 and 15-year fixed rates increased under their home purchase program, while 5-year ARMs decreased under both their home purchase and refinance programs.

Nothing seemed to change this morning at US Bank.
