HomeStreet Inc. - Seattle, 1.25 million shares, priced $43 to 45, managed by FBR Capital Markets. Proposed Nasdaq symbol HMST. Business: Full-service community bank operating primarily in the Pacific Northwest.

TVAX Biomedical Inc. - Lenexa, Kan., 2 million shares, priced $9 to $11, managed by Roth Capital. Proposed Nasdaq symbol TVAX. Business: Biotech company focused on cancer cell vacination and T cell cancer treatment.
