CTC share price down january 23 2012 : The share price of Charles Taylor Consulting (CTC) fell 11 percent this morning (23 January) after the (re)insurance service provider and run-off acquirer said full year results will be at the "lower end" of expectations.

Higher fourth quarter costs in its management services business and a quieter end to the year in adjusting services had caused a drag on results, the firm said.
