Asia stock markets closed january 25 2012 : Asia markets ended higher Wednesday on robust earnings from Apple Inc., with stocks in Tokyo ending near a three-month high as the yen weakened on Japan's first annual trade deficit in three decades.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 index rose 1.1%, South Kore's ended 0.1% higher and the Nikkei Stock Average rose 1.1%.
