Kuwaiti dinar Exchange rate May 19 2011

Kuwaiti dinar Exchange rate May 19 2011 ; Exchange rate of the Kuwaiti dinar remained stable against the US dollar for the second consecutive day on Thursday, at KD 0.275 per dollar, and also rose for the second day in a row vis a vis the euro, standing at KD 0.392, the Central Bank of Kuwait said.

The Kuwaiti dinar increased against the sterling pound, KD 0.445, remaining at the same level against the Japanese yen, at KD 0.003, and increased KD 0.

312 against the Swiss franc also for the second day, Kuwait's state monetary authority said in its daily bulletin.

The euro rose against the dollar as a result of the strength the currencies have generated from the high returns, resulting from rise of the shares and basic commodities on the international markets, in addition to the statements released by the US and American economic authorities and drop of the proceeds of the US bonds.
