Top 10 Groups' Market Value Surpassing 600 Trillion Won ; Korea's ten largest conglomerates see their total market value rise from that of last year reaching more than 638-trillion won, or about 560-billion US dollars.

According to the Korea Exchange on Monday the total market value of the top ten megacorporations, including their subsidiaries, increased by more than 125-billion dollars from a year earlier.

With the stock market upswing, the portion of these top ten groups rose to 54.2 percent as of December 2nd from 50.8 percent at the end of last year.
