Fish stock management deal signed ; A new deal for the management of shared fish stocks in the North Sea has been signed.Negotiations between the EU and Norway to put in place a new bilateral agreement for the management of the stocks was agreed.


Fisheries Minister Richard Benyon said: "Following extremely tough negotiations I am pleased that (the) EU and Norway have reached agreement ahead of December's EU fisheries negotiations to allow the expansion of the catch quota trial for North Sea cod.
