Bakrie & Brothers, Bumi, Wintermar Offshore Indonesia Stocks : Indonesia’s Jakarta Composite index fell 37.22 points, or 1 percent, to 3,605.28 as of the noon local time break. PT Bumi Resources (BUMI IJ), the country’s biggest coal producer, fell 2.5 percent to 2,950 rupiah. A unit of the company, PT Bumi Resources Mineral, will seek to raise 2.1 trillion rupiah ($234 million) in an initial share sale, Bumi Resources Mineral said in a prospectus published in Bisnis Indonesia today.

The company will offer 3.3 billion shares at 635 rupiah apiece from Nov. 30 to Dec. 2, according to the prospectus.

PT Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR IJ), an investment holding company controlled by Aburizal Bakrie, fell 3.75 percent to 77 rupiah. The company’s nine-month net loss widened to 566 billion rupiah ($63 million) from 67.6 billion rupiah a year earlier, the company said in a statement posted on the Indonesian stock exchange’s website.

PT Wintermar Offshore Marine (WINS IJ), which provides shipping services to the petroleum industry in Asia, gained 2.6 percent to 390 rupiah from its IPO price of 380 rupiah in its trading debut in Jakarta today.
