Krakatau Steel 19.61 Percent Shares Offer : Riddle of how the amount of shares to be disposed of PT Krakatau Steel (KS) in an initial public offering (IPO) IPO alias is increasingly clear. Steel producers were beginning to enter the bidding documents Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Director of Corporate Valuation reveals IDX Eddy Sugito, Krakatau Steel will offer a 19.61 percent stake to the public. This means, the portion of these shares is less than the approval of the DPR which reached 30 percent.

According to Eddy, Krakatau Steel will conduct mini-expose on this IPO about next week. Eddy said if managed to get a statement at this month's pre-effective plan of KS then take the floor around November can be realized.

Just so you know, to launch this action Krakatau Steel has appointed three emission guarantor. The three companies are PT Bahana Securities, PT Danareksa Securities and PT Mandiri Securities.
