Oil Prices 2 march 2011 - Oil Prices Advance As Fighting Rages In Libya : NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Oil futures advanced Wednesday as fighting raged in Libya and the International Energy Agency said the conflict there has shuttered more oil production than originally forecast.
Light, sweet crude for April delivery held above $100 a barrel, rising $1.04, or 1%, at $100.67 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude on the ICE futures exchange added 11 cents at $115.53 a barrel.
